We’re all in Austin, TX this week for a version of IBM’s Software University for the IBM Software Services for Tivoli (ISST) group. It’s a week of lectures, labs and presentations in all of the Tivoli pillars (Availability\/Business Service Management (ABSM), Performance Management (PM), Security, Storage and Netcool). <\/p>\n
It’s Netcool day tommorrow where I’m presenting on the Netcool BSM story and enabling, Dan R. is presenting on OmniBUS and Robert R. is presenting on Precision. We’re hosting a Netcool BOF in the evening – hopefully at the bar. \ud83d\ude42 I think we need it after all the new Tivoli acronyms we’ve been exposed to this week! <\/p>\n
It’s been a good networking opportunity and time to learn about the organization and team we’re now part of in the Tivoli Lab Services organization.
