Get yours <a href=\"http:\/\/www.casewise.com\/register_dynamic.php?form_id=74\">here<\/a>!  It gives a high level overview of each of the OGC \/ ITIL books and can help guide you in other areas beyond Service Support and Service Delivery. It&#8217;s useful if you didn&#8217;t know there were other areas beyond the most talked about SS &#038; SD areas. I&#8217;m most fond of the Business Perspective, ICT Infrastructure Management and Applications Management books myself.<\/p>\n<p>This is the first free reference poster I&#8217;ve seen beyond the great ones the folks from ManageOne (now part of HP Education Services) put out a few years back. These folks have a nice looking one <a href=\"http:\/\/www.glenfis.ch\/english\/gf00-tools.asp\">here<\/a> but it&#8217;s $25 or so. I haven&#8217;t seen Marval Group&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.stroma.ca\/index.php?option=com_content&#038;task=view&#038;id=109&#038;Itemid=207\">free poster<\/a>, so I&#8217;m not sure what it covers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Got my free ITIL poster today from Casewise.
