This guy is one of &#8220;the gurus&#8221; of all things Tivoli Monitoring.  I picked up quite a bit of useful information from what the ITM 6.1 product can do and how we can pick real time status and metrics information from the TEMS components for use in real-time Netcool\/RAD 3.0 (TBSM 4.1) based solutions.<\/p>\n<p>The former Netcool\/SSM, ASM, USM products are now part of the ITM family and their architecture and operational practices are being incorporated into the next generation of ITM products.
