Jeff Parker, founder of Monolith Software, as well as Brian Clark, Systems Architect at Global Payments, will present.<\/p>\n<p>This is the way I like to see vendors get involved with our group. Jeff and Brian team up to present the issues facing folks charted with building a management and monitoring solution for Network Operation Centers.
