The presentation and replay should be available <a href=\"http:\/\/www-1.ibm.com\/support\/docview.wss?rs=0&#038;uid=swg21240303\">here<\/a>.  I was quite impressed with what the site has to offer in terms of having a one stop shop for &#8220;on-demand&#8221; support information, access to content, customizaiton and delivery options.  I&#8217;m all for RSS delivery of this kind of information!  <\/p>\n<p>If you&#8217;re a former Micromuse Netcool customer, I encourage you to take a look at the presentation and get up to speed with what IBM Tivoli has to offer here (even if you get support from a business partner).  It&#8217;s cool to see a support organization that&#8217;s so proactive and out there providing training and content like ours is.
