• Integrien Posts Record Bookings in 2008 Despite Down Economy – Integrien Corporation, the leader in real-time performance analytics, today announced record bookings for 2008. The company disclosed that bookings were up 400% year over year for the second half of 2008 and that a record number of new customers were acquired in Q4. Integrien attributed these results, achieved in the face of a challenging economy, to the mandate from IT executives to streamline operations through automation of labor-intensive tasks. Integrien’s Alive software products automate manual troubleshooting efforts, allowing up to 60% reduction in Operations labor costs while providing accurate, proactive alerting to pending performance problems.

I’ve spent some time over the past week really digging into the IBM Tivoli ITCAM for Transactions v7.1 product. In the next few podcasts, I will focus on the area I feel most critical to its success being the architecture, design and deployment planning phases as well as how to ensure long term success once it has been deployed and operationalized.
