  • Correlsense SharePath Adds Enhanced Application Domain Support as Part of Its Fall 2009 Release – For the Line of Business or Application Owner, the new Application Domain Support feature can zoom in on the location of the infrastructure or application components where the business transaction or business service is beginning to degrade. By displaying this information visually to the appropriate support teams enables them to address the problem proactively before SLAs are violated.

Application Domain support also provides Application Owners and Application Support teams the application-specific views they need even when multiple applications are using shared or virtualized infrastructure.

Additionally, for IT managers, the new Application Domains support allows accurate charge-backs by applications, as the view of transaction activity or transaction workload can be provided for each application. Moreover, capacity planners can have application specific views to see the trends or anomalies within transaction activity, based on which they can accurately plan ahead.
