Hi Doug, As a practising Netcool engineer I found the STE stuff really useful. How do you get alerted to this stuff from the ibm website. Is it via newsletter or RSS. Let me know it would be a help.

Yes, there are RSS feeds available for nearly every product. I simply subscribe to them and read/post as I see fit my interest and audience.
Another alternative is using Google Alerts.

I have to say I find Google Alerts more useful than RSS, usually allows me to be more specific in what I wat to research/watch….
…and there is a lot of info being pushed!
