What kind of questions do you have?
A friend of mine used to be a SME-er @ Concord and CA. He was involved in the pre- and after Wily period. Maybe he can help you out – depending on the sort of questions.

I’m looking for anything/everything on the JDBC API that can be used to extract metrics, KPI or other data from their proprietary SmartStore database. Examples on how to use it (scripts, code) would be ideal.

Yes I did. CA’s relationship manager for IBM reached out and helped. Unfortunately, I don’t think this helps others!
