I’m enjoying my holiday break and have been able to get caught up some on my “to-do” list. I’ve submitted the following best practice, how to and engagement methodology “field guides” to the internal Tivoli Services knowledge library (ICE). I assume that any IBM’er can request access to this repository. I plan to get these released via the OPAL repository process for general client and partner use as well. Ping me for more information.

Hi Doug,
Your blog is really incredible! Very useful! I work also at IBM, and I am trying to localize some of the documents that you reference on your blog, specifically the ones related to TBSM 4.1/RAD (how to, best practises, methodolgy..). Please, I am not able to find them on the Xtreme leverage and either in your blog. Please, can you give me some light?
Thank you and best regards,

Hi Doug,
I am looking for the documents that you specified, but can not seem to find the same. Do you by any change have a link where I can get my hands on this as almost all of our customers want the migration done between RAD and TBSM.
Regards
Johan
Replied directly. If you’re an IBMer, do you know about the TBSM wiki?
Doug
I’m Not an IBMer, but i’m interested in your documentation. Can you point me to where i my find it.
Miguel,
The best thing you could do is to contact your IBM Tivoli sales or technical sales contact and we can discuss options from there.
Tks,
Doug
