The Dashboard Spy has put together a sleek and sexy web 2.0’ish set of dashboard indicators that he/she is offering up to the community.
These are perfect for use in your dashboard storyboards and mockups created as you work through the iterative development of dashboards with each audience. You can use simple Powerpoint animations to show how the dashboard will work based on the rules you will agree upon with each audience as well. Very cool!
I will write a short post up on how to use these in Netcool/RAD 3.0 dashboard creation. They can virturally drop right into the tree view and custom canvas dashboards and be driven by your data and policies. Very cool and very nice complement to the widgets and indicators in Netcool/RAD 3.0 today.
