IBM Tivoli / Netcool Support Site & Tools

We had a great Support Technical Exchange (STE) session today on the IBM Tivoli support site, process and tools available. The presentation and replay should be available here. I was quite impressed with what the site has to offer in terms of having a one stop shop for “on-demand” support information, access to content, customizaiton and delivery options. I’m all for RSS delivery of this kind of information!

If you’re a former Micromuse Netcool customer, I encourage you to take a look at the presentation and get up to speed with what IBM Tivoli has to offer here (even if you get support from a business partner). It’s cool to see a support organization that’s so proactive and out there providing training and content like ours is. I’ve even seen these guys delivering ITIL training via this STE forum.
