A Full Day of “Your IBM” Training

The IBM “Blue Washing” continues today with a full day of training on the IBM way. Very useful information for navigating through such a huge organization. It’s fun to hear about the history and all of the intrenal definitions for IBM. This is pretty much the last step in the general integration process from what I can tell. We’re now using most of the IBM internal processes for travel, expenses, HR, etc. The remaining integration still to happen is into the Tivoli group over the rest of the year. This is where I’ll find out where I work, things I’ll be doing, career growth, objectives, etc.
