Building custom canvases and KPIs out of monitoring data takes a lot of effort, having out-of-the-box templates would help make anyone a BSM superhero even with a lot less cooperation from coworkers who are not yet converted to the true BSM faith ;) By the time you reach step 6, the people in steps 1 and 2 will have changed :)
